not affect us much. there will be some clearing tonight. patchy fog will be possible. it could last until sunrise. the wind will be called. the lows will drop into the upper 50's to around 60. it will be 79 to 83 tomorrow for the high. there could be a shower north after sunset. it will most likely be in pennsylvania if it occurs at all. in the tropics, we have igor. it is an impressive storm. it is way out in the pacific, 1,100 miles away from the caribbean islands. we have another weather disturbance out there that the forecasters are watching. igor is a category four storm and headed for bermuda. look at the wind speeds. 150 miles per hour is expected as it tracks north. it looks like it will be a category four storm. rain is moving out of the picture. here is the shower activity north of us overnight tomorrow night into tuesday. the forecast is basically dry. 81 tomorrow. 82 wednesday. late thursday and friday, we have another small chance for thunder shower activity. >> what do you have today? >> it was a soft open on thursday for the nfl. we're going to take a look at some of the te

and attacked the u.s. in lower manhattan, 9/11 families gather at zuccotti park adjacent to ground zero. throughout the morning, it as has now become tradition, the names of victims will be read and four moments of sigh hence will mark the times each plane hit and each tower fell. vice president joe biden is attending the ceremony along with city and state leaders and first responders. at the pentagon, president obama delivers remarks and participates in a wreath laying ceremony. and in shanksville, pennsylvania, where united flight 93 crashed, first lady michelle obama along with former first lady laura bush attend a ceremony to honor the passengers who fought back. meanwhile plans to rebuild at ground zero are moving forward. the center piece, one world trade center, is expected to be completed by 2013. but with each construction step forward, there remains a connection to the past. steel beams pulled from the ground zero rubble were permanently installed this week at the entrance of the national september 11th memorial and museum, slated to be finished in 2012. >> it is going to be a

virginia and into the carolinas, all associated with what used to be tropical storm the cold. that has dissipated but the moisture is still coming our way. computer models indicate that a lot of rain will fall between now and friday evening. the red and yellow areas indicate four or 5 inches of rain, especially on the eastern shore and the lower eastern shore were heavy rain is possible. there may be some gusty thunderstorms as well. wind advisories have been posted near the bay. tides are expected to run around 2 feet above normal three the day tomorrow. there may be some minor coastal flooding due to the higher than normal ties until the storm can move out. we will check the complete forecast in a few minutes. >> officials around the state are getting ready for this storm. they say they are urging residents to clean off nearby storm drains to help with any flooding. b.g.e. says to get ready now, just in case you lose power. >> the concern we have is the high wind. that could bring down trees, power lines, and obviously with the heavy canopy that we have today, we already have some gr
